As Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Ms. Mater provides strategic and financial leadership to the organization through the oversight and development of the accounting, tax, financial reporting and analysis, and treasury functions. Ms. Mater also oversees the Company’s general ledger accounting functions, SEC reporting, and ensures the organization is in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Ms. Mater is the founder and chair of the Company’s Women’s Network (EWIN).
Ms. Mater was appointed as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in 2015. From 2012 until this appointment, she served as Vice President and Controller, and from 2006 to 2012 she served as Controller. From 2002 to 2006, she served in other capacities within our Accounting Department. Prior to joining the Company in 2002, Ms. Mater worked as an auditor with KPMG and Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. Ms. Mater received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
