Chief Investment OfficerAs Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Fox leads and manages the Company’s Investment, Underwriting, and Asset Management teams, including the Experiential and Education Groups.
Mr. Fox oversees all new investment origination, underwriting and closing activities, as well as the organization’s investment policy and risk management, broadly including market, asset, tenant, credit and development risk and concentrations.

InvestmentsAs Vice President of Investments for EPR Properties, Tom pursues the acquisition of a variety of experiential real estate, including theatre and retail concepts across the country.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Tom has closed over $2B in real estate transactions. His expertise in the theatre exhibition industry and national retail and entertainment concepts have helped EPR Properties become a leader in the experiential real estate industry.
