Mr. Hudak, Vice President of Investments, oversees EPR Properties’ existing entertainment and retail assets, and pursues the acquisition of theatre and retail real estate across the country. With over 20 years of industry knowledge, enduring relationships with operators, developers and real estate professionals across the nation, and over $2B in experiential real estate transactions, Mr. Hudak is a trusted leader in the theatre and retail industry.
Prior to joining EPR Properties, Mr. Hudak was Vice President of Real Estate at AMC Theatres and was responsible for new theatre site selection in the United States. Mr. Hudak began his career in real estate with the Kansas City commercial real estate firm MC Lioness before moving to AMC in 2003. Mr. Hudak graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting.
