As Vice President of EPR Properties’ Finance Group, Mr. Hubler coordinates capital market activity, manages the budgeting process, and provides leadership on long-term strategic forecasting and financial planning, including hedging strategies. Mr. Hubler also manages the company’s external banking, investment, and rating agency relationships to ensure optimum financing solutions are available to the organization.
Prior to joining EPR Properties in 2013, Mr. Hubler worked for Grant Thornton LLP in the Audit and Assurance practice as an Audit Senior Associate. Mr. Hubler is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management, a Master of Accounting from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma. Mr. Hubler also serves on the Board of Great Plains SPCA as the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.
