As EPR Properties’ Vice President of Lease Operations and Asset Reporting, Ms. Perkins manages the Lease Operations Team and supervises the management of tenant financial performance reporting. Ms. Perkins also oversees all leases of existing properties and new acquisitions, including construction draws, rent collections, and lease compliance. Ms. Perkins manages the data collection process across all platforms and departments, as well as analyzing and identifying areas of efficiency and organizational improvements.
Ms. Perkins was appointed Vice President of Lease Operations and Asset Reporting in 2024. From 2016 until this appointment, Ms. Perkins served as the Director of Lease Operations. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Perkins was an Accounting Manager for Lane4 Property Group. Earlier in her career, Ms. Perkins served as a Senior Accountant for local commercial real estate and development companies, Briarcliff Development and Kessinger Hunter. Ms. Perkins received a B.S. in Management and Accounting from Park University and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University.
