As Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Paul Turvey leads legal matters related to acquisition, leasing, financing, and divestitures. Mr. Turvey also oversees legal efforts associated with EPR’s corporate structure, litigation matters, and risk management.
Prior Experience
Mr. Turvey was appointed Associate General Counsel in 2013, Vice President in 2016 and Senior Vice President in 2023. Prior to joining EPR Properties, Mr. Turvey was a partner at Dentons and was based in the firm’s Real Estate Group from 2004 to 2013. Mr. Turvey received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, and a B.S. in Business Administration and B.G.S. in Communication Studies, both from the University of Kansas.
