As Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Mr. Faulkner serves as a senior legal advisor managing the legal risks of the company’s investments into new assets and the management of existing assets. Mr. Faulkner handles complex real estate transactions across the company’s verticals of theatres, attractions, fitness, ski and experiential lodging.
Mr. Faulkner joined EPR Properties as Associate General Counsel in 2024 and was appointed to Vice President in 2025. Prior to joining EPR Properties, Mr. Faulkner was an attorney at Stinson LLP and was based in the firm’s Real Estate and Public Finance Division from 2012 to 2024. Mr. Faulkner received his J.D. and LL.M. in Real Estate Law from University of Illinois – Chicago School of Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University.
