As Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Heather Sicks leads legal matters related to the acquisition, leasing, financing, and divestiture of experiential real estate investments across EPR’s diversified portfolio, including entertainment, recreation, and attractions. Ms. Sicks also oversees legal support for complex transaction structuring and portfolio-level initiatives supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Ms. Sicks joined EPR Properties as Corporate Counsel in 2016. She was appointed Senior Corporate counsel in 2021, Associate General Counsel in 2023 and Vice President in 2025. Prior to joining EPR Properties, Ms. Sicks was an attorney at Stinson LLP and was based in the firm’s Real Estate and Public Finance Division from 2011 to 2016. Ms. Sicks received her J.D., with an emphasis in Land Use, from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Missouri Southern State University.
