As Vice President of Investments at EPR Properties, Mr. Linn pursues strategic investment opportunities and manages both the origination and execution of transactions within our current experiential verticals, as well as potential expansion areas. Mr. Linn applies his expertise in experiential-based real estate to create optimal financing solutions for our partners. Mr. Linn and his team continue to grow our portfolio by developing our various leisure and entertainment concepts.
Prior to joining EPR Properties, Mr. Linn worked in Deloitte’s Transaction and Business Analytics group. Mr. Linn joined EPR Properties in 2014, focusing on investment structuring and underwriting within EPR’s leisure segments. Mr. Linn is a CFA Charterholder and received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Gardner-Webb University, where he was named an NCAA Division 1 Academic All-American.
