TAX STATUS OF 2009 DISTRIBUTIONS

KANSAS CITY, MO. (January 21, 2010) – Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE: EPR) today announced the 2009 year-end tax reporting information for 2009 distributions made to shareholders.
