From time to time, we may accept investments in excess of $10,000 via a Request for Waiver. To find out if we are accepting Requests for Waivers, please call 816-221-4105. If being accepted, please submit your Request for Waiver to Attn: DSPP Waiver Requests via fax at 816-472-5794 for our consideration of your investment.
